This experiential session focuses on the principles of Federal Fair Housing Law for multifamily professionals. A distinctive learning environment is created in which the attendee participates in problem solving techniques that shift perspective and increase fair housing knowledge and compliance.
Sexual Harassment Prevention Basics - Two Hours
This informative Sexual Harassment Prevention training session meets the requirements of California Government Code 12950.1 for supervisory employees. Non-supervisory training is provided for the employee who is not in a supervisory position. The session includes:
- Knowledge Assessment
- Multifamily harassment scenarios
- Discussion of federal and state law requirements
- Information on what is prohibited
- Discussion of remedies
- Guidance on preventing sexual harassment from occurring in the workplace
- Supervisory requirements to report sexual harassment
